What is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy uses the power of sound vibrations to promote healing and balance within the body. It involves using instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs and many others that are attuned to specific frequencies that resonate with healing the body. These vibrations help to reduce stress and release tension.
Our bodies are made up of over 50-75% water which is highly responsive to sound vibrations. When sound waves are introduced, the molecules within the water of our body align and become more concentrated, helping to clear blockages and restore balance at a cellular level. This process can enhance circulation, stimulate healing, and promote overall well-being.
It’s fascinating that sound vibrations are so powerful—they can even shatter glass or as used in the medical world, dissolve kidney stones! This demonstrates the potency of frequencies in affecting the molecular structure of matter, including the water within our bodies. In sound therapy, these vibrations help "re-tune" the body, bringing it back into a state of health and harmony.
The Science Behind sound
Sound therapy has been used as a tool for healing dating back thousands of years across the globe from ancient Egypt and Aboriginal Australians. Scientist's have carried out various modern day studies in order to understand the cause and effect that sound has on our mind and body.

Corporate Sound Therapy Session
If i'm honest I didn't believe that I would be able to really relax but liked the idea of being away from my desk for an hour. I'm really shocked that I not only managed to relax but fall asleep! Thank you for resetting me for the rest of the day! I can see how this would benefit me on a regular basis. I hope you'll be back soon!!

1:1 Sound Therapy
I've had three 1:1 sessions that have all been amazing. I only started these sessions to work on my stress so I'm shocked at the beautiful visualisations and messages I've received. I cannot recommend Nicole enough for the work that she does and I can't wait for our next session.
